Delivery

UK deliveries:

Royal Mail Special Delivery £ 7.50 ( 1 to 3 working days) All orders usually despatched same day if order is placed before 12 noon.(excluding Sundays and Bank holidays) subject to stock availability and payment clearance. Your Special Delivery tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched, so you can track your parcel easily. For your Special Delivery you need to be present to sign for it , in case there is no one to sign for it the card will be left with all the details for redelivery or collection from your nearest depot.

Overseas (outside UK and Ireland) deliveries:

£ 15.00 by Royal Mail Special Delivery( 2 to 7 working days) All overseas deliveries will be dispatched next working day subject to stock availability and payment clearance. You Special Delivery tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched, so you can track your parcel easily. For your Special Delivery you need to be present to sign for it, in case there is no one to sign for it the card will be left with details for redelivery or collection from your nearest depot. In case your parcel is being returned to us, because the delivery could not be completed to you, for whatever reason, we are not liable for the redelivery cost. Please note that you as a costumer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

Packaging

All your bought jewellery will come beautifully packaged in Vaida Pink Ruby pouch bag.

Returns

You have a right to return any item you bought from vaidapinkruby.com within 14 days of the delivery date and receive full refund minus post and package. We request all items bought from Vaida Pink Ruby in their original packaging, with the price/security tag label still attached and in the condition they were received.

If for whatever reason you wish to return your item you can do so by emailing us first at sales@vaidapinkruby.com and state your reasons why.When you receive the authorisation email then you can send your items back carefully rapped and packaged and send back by Royal Mail Special Delivery only .Please note we can not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Any items returned after valid period will only be refunded at our discretion.Once we receive your returned items we will notify you via email and process your refund.

We strongly recommend you to check your received items very carefully before removing price/security tag. It is your responsibility to notify us with in 48 hours of receiving your order of any discrepancies in your received order or any faults or damages. Claims only can be made through VaidaPinkRuby costumer care by contacting us via email customercare@vaidapinkruby.com. If you fail to notify us with in 48 hours we will not consider your claim.

Refunds process for overseas customers are the same as in UK, except you as a customer will be responsible for any cost incurred. We also strongly recommend you for your own benefit to use respectable and known currier company FedEx, UPS etc, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.Once your items reached us we will contact you via email to let you know.
